In the beginning, when the earth was still new and the sky whispered secrets to the rivers, there came a light that shimmered gold, not from the sun, but from the heart of the sacred waters. That light was Osun, the Orisa of sweet waters, the divine mother of beauty, abundance, and joy.

She arrived with the elegance of a silken breeze, wrapped in flowing fabrics the color of sunlight and honey. Where her feet touched the earth, flowers bloomed out of stone. Where her laughter echoed, barren lands turned green and vibrant. She was not only a goddess, she was a force, and where she flowed, life awakened.
