Through My Personal Growth: A New Moon Offering

Over the past decade, through deep personal growth and the expansion of my conscious awareness, I’ve come to embody something that has fundamentally shifted the way I live:

Life doesn’t have to be “okay” for there to be peace.

This isn’t just a mental realisation—it’s a lived truth. Even in the presence of life's deepest challenges, we can still experience calm, joy, playfulness, humour, love, and serenity. Yes, even bliss.

I’m talking about the big things: the heartbreaks, the soul-deep grief, the financial upheavals that rattle the very foundations of your safety and identity. The moments that bring you to your knees and make the ground beneath you feel uncertain, unsafe, unfamiliar.

Whatever that "big thing" is for you right now—whatever is making life feel not okay—I want you to know this:

You are still allowed to be peaceful.
You are still capable of joy.
You can still hold playfulness, laughter, and presence in the same space as sorrow, fear, or uncertainty.

This is not bypassing. This is embodiment. This is emotional sovereignty.



Emotional Liberation: The Power of Allowing

As I navigate a deeply transitional period in my own life, I’ve found myself walking through terrains that are both wildly unfamiliar and profoundly deep. And through it all, a deeper capacity has emerged—the ability to sit with every emotion as it rises. Without judgement. Without attaching. Without needing it to mean something about who I am or where I’m going.

I’ve allowed myself to feel fear without letting it run the show.
I’ve allowed joy to pass through me without clutching it.
I’ve felt sadness and simply said, “Yes, I see you. Come in.”

Sadness, grief, anxiety, even rage—these are not flaws. These are currents.
Energy in motion.
Information.
Memory.
Medicine.

And if we can allow them to flow—without judgment, suppression, shame, or self-punishment—they become allies on the path of healing and integration.

Feel What You Feel. All of It.

We’ve been conditioned to chase only “high vibration” states, as if peace, joy, and love are the only acceptable frequencies. But all emotions—yes, all of them—are valid. All are Divine.

What would it feel like to say:

“I feel sad today, and that’s okay.”
“I feel lost, and I love myself anyway.”
“I feel grief, and I welcome its wisdom.”

Can you challenge yourself to meet your emotions without ranking them as good or bad? Without needing to fix, escape, or avoid? Can you create space for your entire inner landscape to simply exist—without war?

I promise you, the healing lies in allowing. This is how you begin to live a peaceful existence.


Grief and Grace: A Personal Practice

When grief visits, I don’t rush it out the door. I sit with it.
I let it ache. I let it speak. I let it teach me what needs to be healed, remembered, honoured, or let go.

And then, without trying, a shift happens. I feel lighter. Not because anything external has changed, but because I’ve softened into presence. Likewise, when love flows in especially pure Divine Unconditional Love, I receive it with awe, without clinging. I hold it gently, knowing it too is a visitor, I allow it to flow through me. There is no attachment, no aversion. Just a dance with life as it unfolds. This is freedom. The gift of emotional neutrality is emotional freedom.

And my prayer is that every human being experiences emotional freedom.


The New Moon & A Message from the Divine Mother

As some of you may know, the Moon governs the emotional tides—both seen and unseen. She is the quiet teacher, the luminous mother, guiding us in the dark. The New Moon is a portal. A threshold of potential. A time of rebirth, fresh vision, and deep inner listening. This New Moon brings a clear message:


Make peace with the past. Let it go. Fully. Completely.



If old memories are resurfacing subtly, moments that trigger shame, regret, nostalgia, grief or unresolved memories —this isn’t a regression. This is remembrance. The Moon is showing you what’s still sitting in your energetic field, waiting to be integrated. Alchemised. Released.

Maybe you're having memories of a former self—a version of you that felt freer, wilder, more carefree, younger, or whatever this version of your former self symbolised for you, meant for you, gave to you.
